I am curious what Boruto can do with rasengan now. What do you think? Maybe he will add lightning chakra to base rasengan? Something between chidori or stronger raikiri and base rasengan or rasen shuriken.

Boruto adds the Lightning Release and throws the Rasengan. He took it a step further than Minato and Naruto.

But Naruto has added wind release and also has been throwing it as a Rasenshuriken, so it is the same level jutsu with a difference in the age they both achieved this.

I don't know. Apply 2 Kekkai Genkai simultaneously into his Rasengan.

But that's literally impossible as RSM Naruto couldn't even do that. I guess S/T Rasengan if that's even possible.

rasengan take way much less charka than rasenshuriken
rasengan = small typhoon in a ball which crush everything contact with them
rasengan stronger than fire ball , didn't need moving at very high speed like chidori to get maximum attack power
the only weak point of rasengan = melee attack like chidori and can't be throw like a ball

if rasengan user had enough charka they can throw dozen dozen dozen of it to overwhelming enemy

Naruto already improved it to its perfect form by using mini bijuudama and TSB, Bolt won't reach that level of Rasengan.

Boruto makes a vortex rasenshuriken where the wind change in nature creates a vortex that sucks all enemies as far as 100 Meters into the rasenshuriken making it a great long range tool as it can also be thrown
