Rasengan??!?!

Is Rasengan really wind style??i think that its not wind style as jiraiya uses it-he's fire and earth style........but most of the ppl in NB say that its wind style...........what do ya think?and is rasengan A-rank or C-rank b'coz in NB it is written C-rank?

rasengan itself is just spinning chakra. You can add your own element to it like naruto did and finish into a new kind of attack, i kinda wonder if adding fire/water/earth or lightning would make all new versions?

Ok the rasengan is an incomplete technique created by the fourth hokage and in this form alone it is an A rank jutsu. Naruto completed it by adding wind to it and created the wind rasengan, which is better than the regular one as seen when naruto tries his new rasengan against kakashi's, and later on he developed the rasenshuriken.
The anime and video games do not count because they weren't made by Kishi.
And also i do believe that you can add any element to the rasengan it is just too hard to do it, only naruto has been able to accomplish that (not even jyraia , a sanin, couldn't complete it).

they can combine it but who have enough chakra to do that even for naruto he can only make 2 rasenshuriken

then if someone has chakra or mastery of an element,he can combine it with rasengan...right??

It's not that easy you know... except for naruto who trained like 1000 times faster, anyone else would spend a couple of years in order to be able to accomplish this.
So yes if you know rasengan, have enough chakra , and an element mastery you are able to combine them, but that doesn't mean you will actually manage to do it.
