Kabuto was normal? He anticipated where the attack would hit and used Yin Healing Wound Destruction and even though he regenerated he fell and couldn't move for a while, only got up to help Oro summoning Manda but never joined that battle after.
Regarding the thread i think Rasengan is much better power wise.

he would have survived a chidori if it hit him. And kabuto was the only person that naruto ever hit with a rasengan in part 1.

sure it does, tsunade was able to regenerate her spinal cord and going by this logic, if rasengan was used on his heart he would have died as well thus chidori would not be stronger than rasengan since they both killed kabuto

Rasengan is not Fuuton. It just Pure chakra sent in a spiraling motion on ones hand
