Rasengan was shown to be stronger. But, I'm not sure if the cursed mark made chidori win the second time. That would have implied though that Cursed Mark over tailed beast. Dunno.

I think the talk about his chakra levels was for shadow clones training method.

I don't think a regular Rasengan uses more chakra than chidori, after all you can choose how much chakra you can put in the technique. I think the technique itself is just more effective.

No. Naruto could've also knocked Sasuke out but he chose to scratch sasuke's forehead protector as his last hit inside that ball of energy. Sasuke chose to punch naruto in the chest as his last hit which knocked naruto out. For reference go to naruto.wikia.com

Imo chidori is stronger. Sure rasengan does more impact damage on the surface, but when it comes to penetrating abilities the chidori is better, this is why i like the chidori.

Another reason why chidori is better than rasengan is because of its elementary affiliation. For example rasengan wouldve done little to no damage to kakuzu in iron skin, yet we have seen raikiri which is very similar to chidori get passed iron skin due to its nature advantage.

Besides both rasengan and chidori are A-rank, but due to the advantages ive given above imo chidori is better

We have seen the Chidori and Rasengan clash three times. They've stalemate all three times as well, and they were both at full power. We've seen them clash twice at the Valley of the End and once under the bridge after Sasuke fought Danzo. I'm not going to put up links, but I'm sure you all remembered it. All three times they've stalemated but people still seem to think that the Rasengan is stronger, they're equal.

Although they have been stalemated, they have different damage effects. Chidori is a striking move, piercing and lethal. Rasengan is a destructive technique, powerful and deadly. Say that the Rasengan and the Chidori were to hit the ground, which would have dealt more damage? Rasengan would probably make a wider crater, but the Chidori would probably make a deeper crater. This means that the Chidori focuses on one spot and to destroy that spot, stab through it. The Rasengan on the other hand doesn't stab through it, but it deals destructive damage.

I like Rasengan for it's destructive power. I like Chidori for it's lethality. I can't really choose between the two because I love them both so much.
