Who has the strongest original rasrngan naruto,jiraiya,minato,orkakashi

Whoever has the best chakra control and has the most chakra reserve has the strongest Rasengan.
Isn't the whirling speed of the Rasengan determines it effectiveness?
Size also matters. The bigger the energy, the more damage.

Naruto has the strongest Rasengan since he reached Minato's level of chakra control and he has more chakra reserves than Jiraiya to create a very large Rasengan.

based on manga and anime facts minato easily. if u haven't noticed, his rasengan was even bigger than naruto's oodama rasengan!

It is obviously Jiraiya with Naruto coming in at second place.

Having the strongest original Rasengan has absolute nothing to do with who created it.

Jiraiya had massive chakra reserves. It's common sense that the more chakra you pump into a technique the stronger it becomes. He was also naturally physically stronger than Minato, Kakashi, and Naruto in base form. Considering the Rasengan is a a technique where you mash it into your opponent, natural strength also plays a part in the total damage done by it.

Minatos base rasengan is very powerful and narutos base rasengan doesnt even compares to minatos and jiraiya comes second

Naruto has the strongest Rasengan as he incorporated his wind style chakra with it to create WS RasenShuriken (Strongest wind style move) Yes Minato did create the jutsu but that doesnt mean his is stronger. Kakashi can use it just as well as anybody, but he doesnt have then strength or shear numbers (like naruto) to create strong enough force. When Naruto was up against Madara, he created thousands of clones each with Huge rasengans. Sage Art : Super Massive Rasengan Barrage is the name of the Justu lol

But he doesnt need a strong Rasengan because he has MOTHER ****ING LIGHTNING BLADE Best move ever.....
