He has the best normal rasengan to date.

His original rasengan is as big as naruto's odama rasengan. Also adding the fact that he can create it instantly while moving instantly..win win.

Using rasengan as an omnidirectional chakra wave blast wldn't b much of a stretch in relation to how it operates but seeing as it is created in one's palm the the wave wld also affect the user unless there is some gimmick explanation that it wld nagate the user, closest u will get to a rotating chakra blast away attack is Byakugan's 360 spin tech thay Neji used when he died I think.

What I have wondered though is what rasengan wld b had naruto had other elements not wind, I thought with earth one cld strike the ball into the ground after adding earth element and this wld make the ground shift in relation to the earth rasengan's spin and this cause a lage multidirectional earth push wave.

• The first step was learning how to burst a water balloon by spinning the water inside in multiple directions at once using only the user's chakra, which emphasizes rotation. (ROTATION)
• The second step was for the user to burst a rubber ball, and since rubber is thicker and air is completely different from water, it forces the user to use denser chakra to break it. This step emphasizes power. (CENTRIFUGAL FORCE - FAKE FORCE)
• The last and final step was to combine both step one and two by spinning chakra inside a balloon without moving the balloon itself, emphasizing stability of the sphere shape. (CENTRIPETAL FORCE - REAL FORCE)
