the amount of chakra put into it will make it vary in SIZE .

Rasengan is a Sphere of chakra , the examples i brought were Rasengans of Same Sizes

you can not fill up a Rasengan with air to make it the same size and use less chakra ...

^ Yeah, look at how long it took to make each rasengan and who made them in those pictures... took about the same amount of prep time (not much at all) but with Naruto's lesser chakra control Minato probably put more chakra in his in the same time frame than Naruto did.

Just think about it, Naruto usually takes a few seconds to form a rasengan and requires multiple hands but Minato can just raise his hand and it's ready to go, and just because Naruto has more chakra to use in BM doesn't mean he can make it flow into a rasengan any faster, unless he uses the Bijuu hands.

Smh Kishimoto should introduce more Taijutsu into Naruto. Sage mode was beast but it all came down to more Rasengan varitys ( Sage art spiraling rasengan ) instead of more depth into Frog kata _-_
