they would have different benefits and draw back and they would act differently faced against different things. but no element is more powerful than the other.

It would be lightning. Against no other element lightning is the most destructive. Only reason wind would would be better is if the two went against each other.

Fire would just make a ball of fire. Wind feeds fire, so that is kinda self-explanatory. A mix of lightning and wind would probably end up with some very interesting effects.

any element can be beat any other if used in the right way, personally i would say wind is the most destructive as it was compared to a virus attacking right down to the very nervous system, lightning causing great damage but i feel wind is still better
