Rasengan is better because it was the attempted parent-jutsu for chidori. It only makes sense that Kakashi's failed attempt at adding an affinity to a rasengan would be weaker than an actual rasengan.

Sasuke has merged 9 biijuus into one giant humanoid made of lightning with huge arrows, he has also tamed and shaped lightning.

He has chakra reserves to raise and shape giant megazord and even further change it's shape to w/e he desires to cover.

He also powered PS with chidori, a chidori he made not PS since PS also was made by him.

Sasuke never used bigger chidori cuz there was never a need for it. Last time chidori's piercing power was challenged by V2 raiton armour powered by bijuu level chakra which he did breach albeit did insignificant damage.

Your simple logic that sasuke cant cuz never shown given his feats in raiton mastery is just amusing. Try harder
