In sage mode probs two. But include the senjutsu chakra clones in mount myoboku, plus in base I think kakashi said that he used it threeish maybe four times (gotta reread). Not including any possible increases in base mode strength, plus no possible increases in natural energy capacity, 9 or 10. But then he would kind of die and he wouldn't be able to continue as a ninja

I was refering at the total of RS, until he waste all his chakra, being the most efficient possible.
I think he can use 10/11: He can enter in SM at least 3 times and use 3 RS each time, plus 1/2 in normal mode.
