I think rasen shuriken because it does multiple attacks at once, even Kakashi couldn't even copy it. But they are two different types of ninjustu that I can't even think how Naruto would even attack amateratsu

It depends Amaterasu you cant feel it but that body part is basically gone -if hit on the arm you could use it as a weapon spam hitting the person they have it now- But amateratsu you cant really get out of it always hits you if used but you can defend yourself from it. Rasen Shuriken is huge though you can expand it so i t makes it also very difficult to get away from. I Say Amateratsu due to its accesability for naruto it takes alot of chakra do do it now that he has BM It isn't as difficult but it still takes alot. Where as amateratsu it is a gurantee hit or block.

if naruto had ama then ama would when because he can spam it more
overall ama is probably the better tec since its almost instant

only if you have armor on, as soon as you're caught in it you're engulfed in flames, and amaterasu is also faster on hitting you.

lol wut? havent you seen sasuke spam amaterasu, and besides he has ems so now it uses less chakra than before.

Those "clothes" were samurai armor unless you have that, you can just take it off.

amatasrasu but if you get hit with rasenshuriken your dead but amaterasu you can chop off the limb like raikage or use a snake skin substitution like sasuke.
