I get the feeling Kishi isn't done with Minato yet. He announced this jutsu without showing it, then he gave Minato sage mode without displaying its power and kishi writes chapter 664 (because Im a father) which was supposed to be about Minato's saving his son but kishi decided to hell with that.

Now chapter 66 Minato falls over, I don't know what kishi is trying to pull with Minato but I don't like it at all.

My idea as to what it was is that he makes a rasengan and flashes between the kunai all around the enemy and moves fast enough to make the rasengan into pretty much a ring by moving so fast and it hits from all sides. think of it kind of like that one ring attack that Gotenks used, sort of.

either by obito, or by something that Hagoromo will give to Naruto, so the later can help his father. U_U
Also, the jutsu will more likely be used at the end of the battle with madara. Like, Minato using the jutsu to
create an opening for both Naruto & Sasuke to attack madara and defeat him.

Shoddy writing on Kishi's part. On top of that, there's no way Minato could use this Jutsu without an asspull, now that he's armless.

If anything, Naruto will somehow learn it, which will suck because we all know that would only happen through an asspull.
