Minato started talking about this jutsu here

But Obito went underground and started attacking Naruto and co, forcing Minato to save them

He later mentioned it here again, holding kunais

And launching them over the battlefield

The point of it is atm still unknown, but after launching them, he charged towards Obito, but got countered by him

Later after being saved by Tobirama, he keeps talking about using his jutsu with Tobirama laughing about the name of said technique, but more importantly, Sasuke and Naruto taking the lead instead of him in order to execute the technique

And again in this chapter it seems that Minato still think about using it("I'll get my justu ready")

Whatever it is, it seems to take a certain amount of preparations or timing, but the fact Kishi keeps talking about it makes me believe he is reserving it for the very last moment, which could probably mean it could have a great impact in Obito's probable defeat

If it was the case, Kishi wouldn't have been talking about it almost all the time, and atm Minato does have 2arms(although virtual) in BM

I honestly think Kishi just made it up for hype but has less than a ****ing clue what it should be. Kishi's probably lurking all naruto forums to get good ideas on the jutsu.

If he said it once only why not, but judging by the amount of times Kishi(thru Minato) kept talking about the jutsu without showing it, i seriously doubt we won't see it. The fact he doesn't show it atm doesn't mean we won't see it, but on the contrary, generally, when Kishi centers his story-line about something, it means it has a great importance in the future, but well i guess only time will tell

For him to belive dat, dat jutso culd give an opening means its powerful but it teks careful consideration nd preparation b4 it can be used. The jutsu he sed in da chp 645, cud hav been just da rasengan not da rasen choubi wateva.
But notice afta juubito blocking da senju rasengan, minato didnt fynk of his jutsu anymore, he ask naruto wat dey can do to stop dose black orbs. If he still had faith dat his jutsu cud do samfyn, he wldnt hav wondered how dey wer gonna blow juubitos black orbs.
