Yeah it's rape. She obviously went to his room to check on him. Moms are always overprotected, in this case she wasn't to drunk to realize it and not allow it. I've seen some of my female friends totally intoxicated to the point where they just not themselves and act like pornstars. Definitely rape. He was watching porn, aroused by it, he decided to try getting it on with his mother who had probably passed out in his room by accident because of her intoxication. Regardless of whether or not rape is pre-meditated, No Consent = Rape. Even if the mother had somehow given consent, due to her being intoxicated she cannot give consent.

This kind of argument normally transpires in court, you're good.

Sorry for the double post, but yes,the right circumstances doesn't mean any other boy will forcefully put their mother on the ground and rape her, meaning without her consent. He's no victim here. He knew exactly what he was doing. He couldn't find a girl his age to cradle to his needs. We know how this world is, young kids are growing up quicker, not maturing though.

It's hard to judge in he said/she said cases, but she was intoxicated and that kid is old enough to know not to....advance on his mother. I find it hard to believe that she would advance on him, especially if it was him who was watching porn at the time. (Much easier to believe he would be aroused enough to make the advances)

My god though, it was better if they kept this matter private, now they have the public judging such an odd/shameful situation.
