the base is slowly becoming more evolved in hip hop knowledge. Well I can't agree with you OP cause there are two many dope lyricists in hip hop to claim one as the best. Yes i respect EM as one of the best, but i Don't think there is a definite BEst. There are so many different dope styles of lyricism it would be stupid too fan boyish to claim one as the best.
