rannegan techniques

did tobi forget that he had a rannegan, y didn't he just absolve the rasengan, but allowing it spam in his face :flaw: and ouch that's gonna hurt. i don't know if he is gonna survive a rasengan in the face.can't tobi perform any of the rannegan techniques.

i presume he cannot or he would of used them already he already said he couldnt create the paths with the rinn. tech, cuz he lacks the chakra. Safe to assume he hasent mastered them yet or doesnt know them at all,

The rinnegan is said to have been passed down to the Uzimaki clan not Uchiha or Senju. The Uzimaki clan seems to be a product of a union between the Senju and the Uchiha, whereas these two clans are the dividing up of the power of the sage of six paths. In short they can't use it properly because they don't have the right genetic make up, they have a botched watered down version of it no doubt, but I don't think that's good enough.
