Ranmaru, was that kid who Lee's team encountered along with a member of the current 7 swordsmen generation; Raiga... You may not recall, but this was the kid who had bright red eyes, able to create illusions without the need for handsigns which cannot be broken unlike normal genjutsu used by the Sharingan. Also capable of seeing the physical life force inside a human's body to check their status being alive or dead. This ability even combats the Byakugan on its own turf plus being able to see through walls. He also has the ability to transfer life force to bring someone back to life. That also forces its way into the Rinnegan's turf and unlike Chiyo's life transfer technique, has no drawbacks.
Though not apart of the three main Dōjutsu, this Kekkei Genkai rivals the Byakugan and even beats it as it interfere's with the Byakugan. A well trained shinobi with this bloodline limit could no doubt fight on par with the best of them ranging from Itachi, Nagato, Obito, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Naruto, and many more. The eyesight isn't affected by exessive use of this Kekkei Genkai making it the most dangerous weapon if used on a massive scale.
