What infuences the ranks? Rep? Post number? Months active? combination?

Does anyone know the list, in order from lowest to highest?
Like genin, chuunin etc.

Grim is the highest. Then it's sage. Then it's kage. I forgot about everything else.

It is reputation. You can add to someones reputation by clicking the star shape icon, right under the green flowing ones.
You can give +rep, for example if someone has been helpful to you or if you like a post or theory.

I'ts your reputation. You can give it by clicking on that star in the left, down corner and check it out in User CP.

I dont question if its in this forum ranksystem between chunin and jounin.
I meant, special jounin in the series. I think kakashi said something about ebisu being better at teaching because he is a special jounin and sarutobi saying to anko (or it was orochimaru) that she is one of the few special jounin in the village.

Think of Special Jounins like Special Ed Jounins.

It'll make more sense.

Special Jounin are jounin that specialize in a certain area or skill. Ibiki specializes in interrogation and Ebisu specializes in teaching.
Jounin are more well-rounded.

Special Jounins are Iruka, Ebisu, maybe Anko, those who aren't on Jounin Level, Kakashi is S-Rank Ninja.
