Topic which is still up to much debate, who's the strongest?
We know that during the first threes introduction that Toriko was most likely the weakest as he didn't have an advantage over his opponents like Coco (poison) or Sunny (hair), however Toriko developed his long range techniques and ever more powerful close combat techniques (e.g. leg fork and leg knife), as well as the fact his Gourmet Cells had evolved in order to pull him up to Coco and Sunnys level
When Zebra was first introduced he was shown to be much stronger than the other Heavenly Kings, this is most due to sounds destructive nature and the fact he ate so much food his Gourmet Cells evolved more regularly and faster than his compatriots. However, Zebra hasn't as of yet experienced a powerup (other than Enbu; which they all learnt), only natural growth whereas Toriko, Coco and Sunny:
Powerups:
Toriko:
-Enbu
-Blue Demon
-Food Honor (and Food Immersion)
-Fork Armour etc. (basically new techniques granting him a superior defense and offense in close range compared to his compatriots)
Coco:
-Enbu
-Stronger poisons (making him the most dangerous/risky to fight)
-Food Honor (and Food Immersion)
Sunny:
-Enbu
-Gold Hair
-Food Honor (and Food Immersion)
Zebra:
-Enbu
-Food Honor (and Food Immersion, although to the lowest extent of the 4HK)
So, since Zebra has experienced the fewest powerups and Toriko has experienced the most, how would you rank the Four Heavenly Kings? How would you rank their potential?
IMO:
Start of Manga:
1. Zebra
2. Sunny
3. Coco
4. Toriko
Right now:
1. Zebra
2. Toriko
3. Sunny
4. Coco
Potential:
1. Toriko
2. Sunny
3. Coco
4. Zebra
My reasoning for this is that Zebra seems least articulate and adept amongst the 4HK and is probably least capable of learning new techniques as they probably don't pique his interests, this severely inhibits his potential
