Ranking the 8 Gates

Kakshi said that the eight gates make a user Kage level, yet in this chapter we see Gai kick a hole through space and into Madara, nearly killing him, who has been associated with being the the strongest ninja. So making this thread short and sweet, how would you rank the 8 gate technique and night moth?

She might have been dead even before that.
Since madara kept dodging everything where else tsunade is slow and cannot dodge all attacks of 8th gate.
And she also does not have anything for defence.
She will die the moment gai activate 8th gate and rushes towards her.
