Ummm, wow people educate yourselves, Itachi is infamous for "killing his clan" although we(the readers) know the true story. the rest of the naruto word(characters) know him as such. thus making him INFAMOUS.

4. Orochimaru.. you already know this badboy
5. Itachi Uchiha.... He no matter what or why he did it is still considered a murderer of the people of the leaf village... In the war he redeemed himself.. but most people don't know that.. he is still infamous.
