(Ranking) Fastest Naruto Characters

The ranking will include FTG since it IMO counts as moving from point A to point B. I'm not sure if Obito's Kamui is instantaneous so I won't consider it. Juubito is gone so his speed isn't considered either.

1. Minato Namikaze -
(Obvious) FTG Level 2

2. Tobirama Senju -
Original FTG

3. A or 3rd Raikage -
Lightning Release enhanced speed

4. Guy or BM Naruto -
Guy has the best pure speed. BM Naruto should be terribly fast if KCM was fast enough to dodge Raikage's attack.

5. Rock Lee -
One of the naturally fastest characters.

6. Madara Uchiha -
In canon anime, he looked very fast at murdering fodders. I'm unsure of his rank though.

7. Kakuzu -
According to Narutowikia.com, he had "great raw speed, he is able to cross great distances in the blink of an eye and disappear from unfocused eyes. He was fast enough to be able to intercept Kakashi when he was attacking Hidan with his Lightning Cutter"

8. Killer B -
Naturally fast as seen through his fight with Taka

9. Kakashi or Sasuke
Kakashi is somewhat fast. He has out run many ninja. Same for Sasuke.

10. Pain -
This regards the overall speed of each of the 6 Paths. One of them had time to react and move past a FRS.

If you're going by a canon data book then I believe you. That seems harsh but I still think that he has more speed feats than them so hes faster than most. But IMO, he's about close to rank 10 now.

KMC Naruto kept up with 4th Raikage. He did not go faster than him. Naruto SM outmaneuvered the 3rd Raikage in battle. He did not physically outpace him in speed. But you might be correct on the BM Naruto speed.

FTG is instantaneous. You're telling me that actually running is faster than teleporting. Also Naruto was reckless with KMC speed as displayed when he broke his foot after running for Kisame. BSM's full speed potential hasn't been so I won't include it on my rankings.

Madara shouldn't be in that list
