Anyway

Hanabi Hime = purest eyes, Jonin, heiress, unrivallwd beauty her eyes became the Tenseigan. The eyes may still have the Tenseigan which would put her as the original owner on a whole new level.
Kakashi = skillset wise is very versatile.
Shikamaru = Hokage's aide and clan leader.
Kushina = fuinn jutsu and can make chains via her strong chakra to restrain even tailed beasts.
Orochimaru(I like his snakey jutsu) he'd be 2 from the top followed by Jiraiya(I like his personality and moveset) not necessarily him.
Sarada = she's yet to show her full Indra incarnate level talent once she does she'll be up there with Hanabi Hime or above her.
