Rudo would watch carefully upon his approach, not carefully enough though as when he was about to strike, the man moved with a movement he couldnt see and caught his hand. Panicked as the man was talking about being his sensei in a creepy way, he made a single handsign and released his lightning chakra, creating a swirling vortex of electricity around him that would shape itself into a dragons head. With being in such close proximity, the dragons head would connect immediately with his opponent. In conjunction, he would attempt to bring his own knee up into the mans stomach and connect the flow of movement with an elbow strike, aiming to knock the man out.
