Imagine for a sec the known members of the clan didnt havE sharingan...where would they rank?
Itachi- I believe he would still excel in shuriken jutsu and taijutsu as he was a prodigy . His sense as a ninja was rivaled only by few. I say high jonin ,low kage.
Madara - well not much was seen from him as a child or not much was said about him in his early years. But im under the impression he would still have his powerful fire style techniques and high level taijutsu and intuition . He would have been obliderated by oodama rasen if he didnt activated susanoo though and that was only a base naruto...granted it was a collab jutsu with onoki. I give him jonin rank .
Obito- dead fodder .
Sasuke- he would have never copied lee's jutsu...but his body has shown to be able to reach lee's level of speed and style within a short time so I believe his taijutsu would have been great regardless. He has shown massive mastery of tools and traps in certaib fights such as vs itachi. Or vs orochimaru as a child in forest of death. Still capable of learning chidori although it is pretty risky without sharingan. Still various fire style techs and lighting syyle. Kirin is still a one shot win so he is still VERY formidable. I believe in time sasuke, even without his sharingan , would have been high jonin and eventually kage level considering he is only 17 .
Shisui- hard to say....the shunshin makes him formidable but his moves revolved around his sharingan . (KA) (sharingan genjutsu) he showed to be able to use high level katon but still not enough to go off of. Low jonin
