So where would you place a current gaara if he was a perfect Jin of shukaku.

Examples of power: Sand was fast enough to stop amatersu. Captured the 3rd raikage (w/o lightning armor) and with shukaku could undoubtedly keep its defense update with susanno (besides piercing jutsu) and shukaku is a tailed beast made of sand, literally the only beast that is made of some thing besides Chakra. Every beast has a v2 after Chakra cloak but gaara instead turned into a mini sand demon (not a mini chakra demon) he can only be best by being sealed, or outlasted.

Gaara took on 5 legged Susano'o by himself an won or didn't die in the war.. Almost seal Edo Madz with a tech he learned from Shikaku's seal..
War arc Gaara was handling his own without a Bijuu..

PJ Gaara could give EMS Sasuke a run for his money depending on location.. IMO

Gaara's not weak by any means just nerfed because he's not a MC or 1 of the MC's..
