[Tier] Rank These Shinobi

Simple, just rank the following shinobi that are generally considered to be High Kage/Top Tier. This is just to attempt to get a feel for what is the general consensus on these forums.

And if possible, elaborate on why someone might be placed above another.

- Itachi Uchiha (Healthy)
- Tobirama Senju (Alive)
- Minato Namikaze (Alive)
- Six Paths of Pain
- Naruto Uzumaki (KCM)
- Obito Uchiha (MS)
- Sasuke Uchiha (EMS, Kabuto Fight)
- Kabuto Yakushi (Ryuchido SM, ET restricted)

Explain why you think Kabuto > Pain because I would favor Pain in that match up. I also don't see how Naruto and Sasuke have any chance against Pain when they have no counter to CT.

Naruto has the firepower to destroy CT due to clones and larger variants of FRS, Sasuke's attacks are spammable and fast enough to pick off Pain before that ever becomes an issue, so they definitely have a chance of winning. As for why Kabuto is above Pain:

-Muki Tensei.
-Manda II.
-White Rage.

White Rage (or Mugen Onsa) to bind them, Muki Tensei to kill them off. Manda II for insurance.

No, which is why I specifically said he has the moveset to prevent it. And no, Naruto doesn't counter it if it's used.

In one shot, I don't think Sasuke can destroy the core, but since he can spam his moves rather carelessly with the EMS, he could destroy with multiple Enton arrows or something like that.

EDIT:
Nvm, arrows were only able to pierce a tree, they aren't doing crap to the core which tanked a KN6 (?) TBB iirc.

Kabuto is unarguably first. Boasting SM reflexes, medical ninjutsu, multiple KGG, and Manda II...he's overkill honestly. So many utilities skills at his disposal, nobody on this list can compete.
