All top tiers can fight even without using DF's they have brute physical strength like akainu,kizaru,aokiji

A top tier is not a fighter that is physically weak but happens to have an OP DF that can spam light beams and he is TT, OP doesnt work that way, a top tier in OP is top tier because he has the physical stats of a Top tier and the DF just happens to be a bonus strength wise for Kizaru, I'm amazed that so much people actually think that Kizaru is the weakest even though he is a top tier.
