Sand Siblings, Team Taka, K11, Sai. Go. Since I said potential, Neji is also counted. Meaning what he could've been like if he had lived.

7. Neji Based on the fact that he was >=Hiashi at age 18. Imagine him in 7 years.

16. Kiba

18. Ino (Really hard to place because I don't know if Kishi intends to make her close to Sakura or not

Personally, I would believe this would suffice. But many may disagree and thats fine. That is why I had made this thead.

Either rank them, tier rankings, or the old "A>=B>c

Alternative idea: Rank the five strongest, 7 strongest, etc.

People don't realise Lee has a potential to surpass Gai, who is stronger than most people on the list barring 2 and about at the same level/little below with 1.

He Will be pretty much mid-kage level, it Will depend on which extent he Will get develop or get stronger than Gai.

I don't seperate what characters have in power by "modes" they use, for example Naruto is a above kage to me, No need to bring base, KCM, SM etc. he is what he is because he can go up to certain modes to reach certain tiers. İt is also like saying Mei's level being different or not when she is using a boil release or a suiton, usage of gates is just a Technique like others.

Lee will be overall kage level if he surpasses Gai, whether it Will depend on gates of not. Even gates have different levels or power depending on their usage and which one is used so it is hard to determine anyway.

@Underline; Well it was stated that 8 Gates make you a kage level so i wonder if lee after surpissing Gai, i don't know maybe 5-10 years later, going into 7 gates at least for me could make him top 10-15. He works very hard for his dreams and i can see him improving his speed which in my opinion he could be faster than A in the future.

Lee and Neji Gould be higher then Kankuro and Suigetsu. Temari for me would be over Jugo. Just my opinion.

I see that's alrighty.

Top 10-15? Too much for a side character power that author would give at such point. Possibly in future idk he is a hardworking character and it would not be a gold portrayal if he is left out in his current level even below his master, and people generally surpass their masters/prior generation representators in this manga.

Temari was and always strong i doubt i will see more but i would love to .

Kankuro he does have a future surpassing chyio and sasori Will make him very strong but because he isn't main character i doubt we will be abe to see that

Hinata is both gifted and hardworking so if she somehow surpased her father she would be op

Shino i dont see new thing for him and i think he is strong enough but of course he will become stronger

Choji same with shino

Shikamaru (did he surpass his father brain?) he is already good i think he is one of the charactersthat will always get stronger

Ino already blossomed and surpassed her father i cant see her develop more (i wont mind though)


Tenten she might kept the fan i dont know but she is one of k11 and she showed feats in war so i guess older tenten will be awesome

As for karin i doubt she develop any further since orochimaro himself stated that she is finished experiment and won't develop further

She is udon level when it comes to fight .
