Orochimaru creating everlasting techniques isn't an indication of battle intelligence. That's just academic, showing how adept he is at science and whatnot. I'm referring to strategies and tactics in the middle of battle e.g all of Shikamaru's fights, Minato creating a plan to attack Madara, Itachi decoding CT etc..

I really don't know. Like I said, by this point the manga's one giant blur. I can't remember anything to be honest. From the top of my head I'm inclined to place Shikamaru at 1 and Kakashi and 2. From then onwards, I'm stumped.

Even still oral rebirth which he created basically completely negates any physical damage that isn't a tbb

Taught and trained sasuke to what he is .. All of his battle prowess comes from oro at least hebi and bellow tbh sauce stop using his battle prowess after he got MS after that he just started attacking things till they fall... Amatratsu this Amaterasu that etc

Dude, that isn't battle intelligence, like I said. There's no strategy or battle savvy required to execute that. That's simply his knowledge in the scientific field. I'm talking about IN BATTLE wit, strategy and tactics. And no man, Sasuke's been hailed as a genius from early. Oro may have trained him, but his intelligence is all him.

Sauce was hailed a genius as was oro I don't see ur point ... If u make tech's for preparations while in battle to make sure you survive how is that not battle intelligence that's like saying in war if you build a trench before the war it's not war prowess because he didn't build it during the war...

again if u make preparations/jutsu's to turn tied in your favor in battle how is this not battle intelligence

the way itachi handled nagato and DSM kabuto's moves, then baited kabuto into his izanami set up and quickly figured out how to counter edo tensei control is pure battle smarts.
