That is because all 3 were beaten. I would have put Bart below them all but his df is just hax and he has not shown his physical attributes yet.
Yes Crocoboi is there because we don't know what he did in the timeskip. I am considering him at the level before timeskip while others are after the timeskip. Same thing about enel.

put him lower,i mean without iron around this dude can't perform,if he should fight enel he would lose because using iron

to fight electricity is suicide,and we are not even sure if he can use haki.compared to law,crocodile,kuma,and zoro he will probably lost,zoro can cut through iron as seen with daz bone.

Well Smoker is definitively close to Luffy in strength and about equal with Zoro. Anyway I'm basing Smoker being stronger than Sanji due to the battle they had with Vergo.

Vergo was holding back against Sanji (Only using his feet and he wasn't using his bamboo stick not to mention he wasn't using his Armanant Haki) While against Smoker Vergo was trying quite hard.

Not to mention Smoker is not going to give up on chasing Luffy and it makes no sense for him to be weaker than Sanji (Arguably the weakest of the monster trio) when he's going to be continuing to chase Luffy.

Kidds DF has some crazy potential but until we see him we cant judge really.
