Where does Itachi sit, now that Obito is in the picture? There's also Shusui to consider as well.

Madara is Just a Beast

Meh, nothing in Madara arsenal could counter Obitos s/t jutsu. He is keeping up with and got the better of 2 perfect jinchurikis, and 2 powerful jounin level characters. And remember for the past 10 or so chapters Obito has been using only sharingan tech, and they're still having trouble with him, so imagine with the rinnegan O_O
not to mention if all else fails, gedo mazo

sharingan Obito > sharingan Madara

Current Tobi > Current Madara

6. Shisui (this was hard, he could be #1 or 2 with the Kotoamatsukami tech, but it can only be used once every 10 years, but use it on Madara and he's a winner)

Minato Figured out The Weakness of Tobi's Jutsu within Seconds , "just touch him when he is attacking" it's Not a big Deal when you think about it. more than 20 Susanoo are waiting for Obito to Materilize to Slash him.

Naruto alone has a good chance of beating the 5 kages let alone another perfect jinchuriki and two kage level ninjas.

But there is something that Minato has that Madara doesnt, space time jutsu. Madara doesn't have the tools to capitalize on the weakness of Tobis jutsu, plus that was a young Tobi who fought Minato.

20 clones were taken out by a weakened old kage so I doubt that they will be a problem for gedo Mazo or something of sorts.

I doubt he can contain all of em with wood, but if he does then there is always of the option of putting them into the gedo Mazo and powering it up or something.
