The only downside is he can't spam it 500 times, but that doesn't matter, he kamui snipes your favorite from the get go at the first try.

Now that you mention it, Obito chances are to launch Kamui Shurikens since they can hit Kaguya's chakra arms. Those were noted to be fast by Naruto himself. Obito would win in terms of how haxxxed his Kamui is. Since there isn't much to defend against its warping.

However, if there is one reason why I think Obito's doesn't win, it's because he still has Mangekyou Sharingan. Sasuke and Madara had Eiēn No Mangekyou, which lasts far longer and is more powerful than MS.

Then there's also better precognition that can track Juubito, who is physically much faster than DMS Obito.

The problem is Without Rikudo chakra and hashirama cells we know nothing about Obito's chakra
@bold dat was Rikudo chakra enhanced DMS kakashi.
I doubt Obito will able to pull PS without Rikudo chakra

You actually think Obito can use PS without Rikudou chakra? He hasn't even shown so much as a ribcage, let alone PS without Rikudou chakra.

Susano usually develops in stages Ribcage ---> PS. Kakashi managed to skip all of these steps and go straight to a winged PS, and it's pretty obvious it was due to Rikudou chakra, so to say Obito could use it without that chakra sounds flawed to me.

Only feats of dms is + senjuDNA + rikoudo chakra.

Sasuke( his PS is the fastest by feats and his PS chidori equals in power to a senjutsu enhanced TBB) vote madara has no EMS skills nor the rinnegan so he has noway of countering sasuke's PS chidori blade blitz. obito with his PS is very powerful but sasuke can block kamui shuriken with his enton projectiles and send black flames to kamui land and his kamui snipe is easily evaded with sasuke's PS speed (able to cut through CT in the blink of an eye and evade FRS with ease) Itachi won't be able to reach sasuke with his susanoo.
so basically

0-Indra (he's not an uchiha really but whatever)
1-Sasuke (most powerful PS with chidori as strong as a TBB and fastest PS by feats plus only rinnegan users can counter enton )
2-Obito (kamui is pretty powerful plus kamui shuriken is pretty damn OP)
3-Madara( no MS jutsu or any special jutsu to note but PS is pretty strong)
4-Itachi (good genjutsu but not usable against skilled sharingan users plus weak susanoo compared to PS plus very weak stamina)
5-Shisui (nothing special to note)

if we were to assume that obito can't use kamui properly without senju DNA then switch between madara and obito.

I'm more than sure that this is the most accurate list.
