you really think she's that weak? She could easily one shot chopper with her electro and high speed.

2. Robins millions hands could probably bench the 2nd most
3. followed by zoro
4. Then sanji
5. proabby monster point chopper or Iron General Franky
6. then jimbie or carrot
7 nami would be weak in a clean and press but has muscles

Don't think she can. Her electro would need to be on par with Law's countershock to really work.
And also think about it, if she needs to use electro she would need contact, right?
So if she runs up to chopper to shock him and chopper swings his hands at her, despite being able to shock chopper, she'll still get flattened on contact by choppers massive hand and strength.
Chopper is yet to go all out too.

It's easier to dodge something that takes as much space as a few pieces of paper than it is to dodge a palm the size of a room. She can't dodge monster point, it's too big to evade.

You're correct. You can look at how much air Carrot covered when she dodged Zoro's slice.

Looking at where she starts her jump, and the trail of the arc, she can definitely avoid Chopper's monster point, since the arc of the trail is bigger than his limbs in that form.
Also, Carrot can probably do serious damage to Franky, since a lot of his body is metal. An Electro attack probably would conduct through his metal parts very well and cause damage to either himself or the parts of him that are still flesh, like organs, that are near the metal.
