Rank the shinobies...!!!

[Sasori]

Most likely Madara Uchiha.

[amirullord]

Power:
1. Kaguya
2. Madara
3. Hagoromo
4. Naruto/Sasuke/Obito
5. Sasuke/Obito/Naruto
6. Obito/Naruto/Sasuke

Intelligence:
1. Madara
2. Itachi
3. Kakashi
4. Minato
5. Kabuto
6. Shikamaru

I don't watch the anime so I cannot judge but my imagination tells me nothing would change as the characters named are all plot essential so wouldn't have any hype taken away from them and given to non-canon characters.

EDIT: Didn't see that you specified shinobi only. In that case, power goes like this:
1. Madara
2. Naruto/Sasuke/Obito
3. Obito/Naruto/Sasuke
4. Sasuke/Obito/Naruto
5. Orochimaru (If we include Edo Tensei)
6. Hashirama

Agree this ~
