I don't think that's Shiki, Buggy could have gotten a fur coat after the TS. Ain't nothing confirmed yet bro, lets not jump to conclusions. Not to mention that's a terrible way to show that its Shiki considering he should have got a silhouette just like everyone else.

Oda was only showing their faces, so I doubt that was a fur coat.

Doflamingo is by far the most durable and strongest Shichibukai followed by Mihawk.

Oh true, but why would he show Shiki's hair and not his face? That area feels like a weird way to hide a new character, he could have just gave him a noticeable silhouette.

1. Teach ( main antagonist, single handedly captured ace, shanks acknowledged his power,has two amazing df abilities, one of which is capable of destroying the world)

2.Doffy ( awakened df, and conquers haki, not to mention king of the underworld)

3. Dracula Mihawk ( #1 swordsman in the world, has the respect of some of the strongest people in the manga, other than that he's 3rd because we're supposed to believe he's the best. But nothing has really been shown to support this claim)

4.,Law ( strong haki, very intelligent, and a df that allows him to do practally anything)

5. Paw Paw kuma ( great df ability, and a brain to match, soo good the navey used him and no other shichibukai for there counter pirate cyborgs)

6.,Moriah ( I know I lost most of you here, but if you agree with where I placed kuma, then you can't disagree with his placement...it was said that moriah was on par with kuma's combat skill, also if his df ability goes unchecked his power is potentially limitless)

7. Jinbe (Haven't seen him go "all out" but the respect he has as schichibukai has to have merit)

8. Boa Hancock ( very good with haki, and a pretty strong df)

9. Crocodile ( was bested by a very weak luffy, never showed any haki, I believe he is stronger than this, but I'm only going off what was shown.)

10. Star Clown ( firstly let me go on the record and say I believe buggy will be one of the strongest most influential pirates in OP by the end of the series, but I can only go by the last time buggy fought which I think was before impel down...and he was very mediocre..every conflict he's come in contact with after the fact he either lucked through or rode the straw hats coattails through ...so currently he's the bottem of the barrel)

Teach at the time he was a Shichibukai would be downright slaughtered by Doflamingo.
