Moria was so strong with oz that luffy needed a power up of 100 fold and the whole crew had to fight him at once. And then they only won because he got cocky thinking he could handle all those souls.

He was only a serious threat to the SHs when he needed the help of Hogback and a lot of prep time. Nightmare Luffy isn't 100x stronger than Luffy, he just has the power of another 100 people. Kaido was probably quite a bit weaker back then.
