JIrayah admits inferiority to tsunade taijutsu.
Jirayah is mostly a ninjitsu user, which won't work on tsunade, and orochimaru snakes and poisons are useless againstt Her.
Orochimaru doesn't beat tsunade, ever, he may have to use Edo Tensi to win, which he won't have time to do and it won't count as a win. Jirayah needs sage mode to beat her...the dead lock makes making list pointless.

Tsunade transformation technique is so advanced that no one can see through it and her yinseal can be programmed to keep of an appearance.

Raw power tsunade obviously.

Tsunade takes science to,
She did everything orochimaru did and more excluding edo Tensi , orochimaru would never counter sasoris poisons as quickly as tsunade, or reverse the effects of curses or sealings jutsu

In the aspect of Research our gallant Jiraiya is the best not just within the Sannins but entire world.

In terms of raw power I agree

In terms of 1 on 1 battle( I never mentioned Taijutsu specifically), Tsunade is just punch here , punch there , punch everywhere. She cannot handle Sage Mode nor prime Oro in my opinion.

Orochimaru has done far more research. Tsunade is only good at one thing. So I think Oro should take this
