Since it says Kabuto's revived army, i considered their state when Kabuto's ET was deactivated.

Meh. I'd personally not include that stuff since Kabuto's army only included them without it. When Obito took them for himself and added new things to them there's no way we can call that apart of "kabuto's" army. Without Obito's presence the Jins would automatically lose their Bijuu and their Dojutsu.

then all kabuto revived were the jins themselves, they didnt have their bijuus,

obito implanted their bijuus on them later on, and then controlled them with outer path, so basically the jins are without their bijuus here, and that is not enough for them to grant a spot that high.

if we do include the jins with perfect control over theiir bijuus, then they'll be on the same level as edo itachi. perhaps abit below

Perfect list, exactly this here ^^^ hanzou as an edo was'nt in his prime when he took on the sannins (and still could have won) he was weaker as an edo as noted by mifune, so as an edo he does'nt stand a chance against the ones listed above, yea and kin/gin bros are forgotten, they are pretty strong too, dont know if they can withstand c0 10 kilometer radius blast with 9 tails v2 transformation, if they can, they will be above deidara, if not, below him

Hanzo has been resurrected old and weaker, but still we're talking about one who dodged all the attacks from an inexperienced Nagato and blasted his legs off. He lost to Six Paths of Pain that easily because he couldn't know that those bodies, as they were corpses, were immune to poison

But we dont know wjat he is fully capable of, he only teleported away and ran away from soul dragon not all the attacks as you said, so without feats, we can't put him above xters with better feats, as I said, I respect him, but he lacks the feat to be put above said shinobis, not that he might not be stronger, but as an edo, he aint stronger, coz edo vs edo, poison is also useless, so he does'nt qualify to be above said edo's
