The characters to be evaluated are SM Hashirama, Minato BM, Prime Hiruzen, Tobirama, Tsunade, Onoki, Mu, Mizutroll, third Raikage, fourth Raikage, Mei, Gaara and Yondaime Kazekage...

How is BM Minato and Prime Hiruzen are old Kage?

Minato didn't have Kyubi while he was Hokage, nor we've seen Prime Hiruzen.

2. Minato - without BM (would be 1st with BM, I guess)

4. Hiruzen (not prime)
5. Onoki
6. 3rd Raikage
7. Tsunade
8. Gaara
9. 4th Raikage?

Not sure about the rest. By Mizutroll you mean 1st Mizukage?
