I think it's because she has the worst looking bijuu and no interesting moves unlike the others. Also it's hard to tell whether she's a guy or girl. I believe she was referred to as a guy before, but then changed to girl....
I'd have to say this! All of her moves are basically physical attacks with Bug in it...except for that sticky attack. Also I think you are right here...When I first saw Fu I was like oh hey another girl...then she was reffered to a guy, and I was like, "Oh hey looks like someone's pulling a Sai -.-"
IDK I just find her the least interesting.
Han: Rocks the Kasa/Steam armor...was a beast
Naruto: Has that always win personality. Always willing to help friends.
Gaara: Was always a beast. He just stands there and gets the job done...Mr. Sandman
Roshi: looks cool. Is that badass old guy (like Kakuzu). Had cool techniques
Killer Bee: 7 sword style was epic.
Utakata: that filler arc made him seem pretty cool. He also has the explosive bubbles lol
Yagura: Turtles are awesome, Was a Mizukage, Mirror tech was cool. Was a little kid appearance though. Then the whole Guren arc made him being a Jinjuriki odd lol
Yugito: didn't really like her looks, but dat flamming cat is awesome!
Fu: I never really liked much about her...though her flying was pretty cool.
Lol might switch Utakata and Yagura now that I think about it!
