1. Continuous BD is made of 5 Bijuu Dama if we are taking Naruto's as our example here. They are smaller than normal, but not to the extent that one will be stronger regardless of whatever minuscule boost BSM gives Naruto.

2. Continuous BD being below Naruto and Minato's combo Rasengan makes even less sense since 5 continuous are easily above 1 standard BD. Sasuke's Arrow isn't as powerful as Naruto's BD either so there's no reason why those two would surpass Continuous BD.

3. PS cut over 6 Mountains at once during VoTE, and that's without a direct hit. PS is easily stronger than anything on this list.
