Shinsenju and PS Slash are indeed in the same lvl with CBT,and more spammable i guess
but overall Rinnengan is more versatile with all the paths hax and dont forget Rinne tensei

I completely agree about the versatility, but if we are comparing based on a "killing" perspective, PS wins hands down. It's destructive power rivals and or surpasses the Rinnegan in all facets AND it is the best defence in the manga. Rinne Tensei doesn't even come into play when in a battle since it is only applicable in non-battle situations.
