Why's konan above orochimaru and kakuzu

She nearly killed Obito. She can spam paper bomb attacks so orochimaru and kakuzu will have hard time even getting close to her.

Zetsu needs to be moved up, Black zetsu alone was stalemating Mei, Choujiro and a bunch of jounins

Konan needs to be moved down, she's strong for a female but without her massive prep she is not even as strong as animal path, as base jiraiya easily dispatched her.

You're underrating Sasori quite a bit. Also, why is Kakuzu at #7? That's way too low for him.

Sasori got defeated by Sakura and Chiyo. Also I don't see him winning against the other one above him just because he would have harrd time getting close to them.
Same with Kakuzu, I think the one above him are more powerful.
