Complete speculation abort Ryo being stronger than Fuji, but I think there's a chance since Fuji was introduced first. Either way I think they'll be close. I also think people underestimate Kizaru. He doesn't have the personality to be fleet commander but strength wise I think he's right there with Aokiji and Akainu, I was very close to moving him ahead of Aokiji.
