WTF is Silver so high? This is ridiculous, the guy lost to Gray despite being the perfect counter to him.
1. Kyouka (Based on hype of being the leader)
2. Torafusa (Insane durability, is stronger then ISD Gajeel and Natsu, who btw, are far stronger then Gray that fought Silver)
3. Franmalth (Weak to physical attacks, but OP otherwise, would have defeated Natsu if not for Lucy)
4. Tempesta (Tanked LFD Natsu's strongest attack)
..........Big Gap.........
5. Silver (Overrated to sh!t)
6. Sayla (Also overrated, she got one shotted by Elfman)
7. Jackal (Slightly stronger then base Natsu with no intel)
8. Ezel (meh, not really anything going for him)

Not to mention that:
- Silver defeated whole Village of Gigants
- Silver one shotted Natsu.
- Some members refer to him as 'sama'.

Ummm no he did not, he went all out against him, if he had let him win, he would have not eaten all the ice that was being thrown at him, and he had no way of knowing that Gray carried around or would have picked up a steel ball.
His durability is the second worst out of all the 9DG. He does not have good strength or speed. All he has is his ice, and only worked on a worn out base Natsu who was surprised because plot demanded that Natsu was captured, but in reality, it could not even work on Gray, most 9DG would be capable of breaking out, others would simply dodge, there is a reason why he did not simply freeze all the other demons, that reason is because he knew they would break out, and his mission would be compromised.

-Silver obviously wanted gray to win and let him
-He also has great durability, how many people can tank rocks fired from a cannon in the face? and he didn't die from a steel ball thrown through his chest
- He is super fast, natsu, lucy, juvia, and gray couldn't even react to him when he attacked gray at first, plus he can teleport
-Natsu plus Atlas flame( a powerful dragon) couldn't even melt a chunk of his ice so it must really be powerful
- His instant freeze is deadly and haxed, and he did use it on the demons, he was killing them one by one and he was confident enough that he could take on end( the master of the demons) which means his powers are no joke

Yes, Silver wanted Gray to win, that does not mean he let him win. Huge difference.
Great durability? Dude he was paralyzed after the attack, his durability is trash, throwing steel ball is probably the equivalent, A single punch from Steel Gajeel is the equivalent of the steel ball Gray threw, and Torafusa tanked it straight to the face with relative ease, despite all the other attacks he endured prior to it. Tempesta tanked Natsu's strongest attack, also with relative ease. They all reacted, they just did not bother following him because they had other opponents to deal with. And when has he wer teleported? Atlas Flame literally melted ALL his ice, I don't know what your talking about, and that was just a small chunk of Atlas Flames soul. Flare was able to destroy some of his ice. Insta freeze does not exist, its a fan made move that fans think can one shot anyone, when in reality, it can't, it was canceled out by Gray's ice. Show me Silver killing even one demon and then we can talk. Confidence woud get him nowhere, he would get beat by half the 9DG, and curbstomped by Mard Geer, I can't imagine how badly END woud fodderize him.
Silver solos Torafusa, Kyouka, Tempesta, and Ezel. He cant defeat Keith tho bc Keith controls his body right? Sayla also has the Macro Ability, and Franmalth was fricken OP with Hades soul, but now he's a bit fodder like so Silver beats him. I doubt Silver can beat Mard Geer

Silver does not solo Torafusa, because the latter breaks out of all his ice and punches him a single time to KO him. Kyouka also breaks out of his ice, and cuts him down, Tempesta ALSO breaks out of his ice, and sets him on fire, followed by smashing a lighting bolt upon him and finally a tornado to seal the deal. I agree that he beats Ezel, he can also beat Sayla, since her durability is even worse then his, and he can defeat Keith. He can also defeat Jackal. Mard Geer curbstomps him, its not even up for debate, the guy is in a whole other league.
That is, if he even manages to freeze those demons, its highly doubtable, as they are all fast.
