I see it, but why is Hashi so low?. I think he was the main motivator for everyone. he should be number 1.

well , he didn't participate on Defeating Juubito , compared to other hokages , he couldn't stop madara , , or any bijudama , saving anyone , .... unlike Tobirama and minato , who helped on defeating juubito , helped sasuke and naruto , all 70k shinobis , tobirama gave time to gaara and naruto escape from madara , minato saved everyone from bijudama , ...

and comparing their strength with hashirama's strength , hashirama failed !

Okay i see what you are trying to say, but I think with the motivation that he gave to the SA was enough to give him top spot.

Had Hashi not been there, the alliance would've had to contend with a juubi Madara far sooner, and that would throw off everything. That alone gives him a huge boost. Nobody else was gonna hold off Madara, and the only thing that kept him outta that juubi Obito fight was Hashirama.

In terms of quantity and total contribution...

1. Minato
- is number 1 by far, it's quite unanimous really
- saved ninja alliance from twice from from tailed beast bombs
- saved Naruto and Sasuke from Obito
- provided the entire alliance and Kages his chakra tails to use to pull e tailed beasts out of Obito
- removed Madara's truth seeking balls to allow guy to touch him
- rejuvenated Narutos chakra after the god tree sucked it all up

2. Hashirama
- kept Madara at bay (this shouldn't be taken lightly, Madara would've caused a lot of problems if Hashriama didn't hold him off)
- used his ten seals to hold down the ten tails
- supported the alliance with his wood clones

Minato and Hashirama would be the top 2, while Tobirama would come in third due to being a great support character and saving minato, Naruto and Sasuke from Obitos truth seeking balls. Hiruzen was out of commission for a long time after getting ko'd by Juubito and he was struggling with spiral zetsu.

So it goes:

2. Hashirama (stalled Madara for quite an amount of time, allowing the SA to focus on other threats)

4. Hiruzen (saved Naruto from being sucked-dry by the Shinju)

P.S. Those are the main feats that stood out the most. Of course, Minato did more than just that and so did other characters too.
