Team Kurenai:

-2. Hinata(Unsure whether Hinata or Kiba deserve #2 Spot)
-3. Kiba

Team Asuma:

-1. Shikamaru
-2. Choji
-3. Ino

I think Kiba is above Hinata tbh. Heck, Kiba may even be above Shino considering Kiba may be a bad match up for Shino as he is too fast for him. I also think Lee had surpassed Neji. Not really sure on Choji and Shikamaru though. Agree with rest.

I put Neji above Lee because he's more versatile, Sensor with Byakugan, Master of Gentle Palm, Mid Range Attacks Like Air Palm, Rotation for Defense, 64 Palms to Block All Chakra Points
