When I say beyond Kage, I mean that he is far above the average Kage, and he is. I'd say Tsunade is the middle of the current Kage and I'd say he would destroy her pretty easily. (inb4 random Tsunade fanboy talking about how she can't die in battle)

Beyond. My reason being, Sasuke has been activating his Final Susano'o on and off consistently since he was shown with his new eyes, he also had zero stamina issues when using copius amounts of Amaterasu flames, arrows and Enton. His Susano'o has upgraded quite well, he can completely coat his Susano'o in flames making taijutsu a huge disadvantage.

Sasuke also is quite resilient of genjutsu.
Stamina is not a very big issue anymore
Arsenal and high intelligence.

Quite a few more reasons I could add but i'm not going to bother.

Great points I agree with them but I voted Kage only because I haven't seen his EMS in action as well as I'd like to.

Ms was high kage, but ems was debatable. I put beyond kage.

Average kage level in my opinion is Gaara. And I think Sasuke>>>Gaara so yeah.

But Hashirama is way out of Sasuke's league Hashi>>>>>>>Sasuke
