People we haven't seen him go all out yet. He fought against the sanin without his arms. He toyed with 4 tailed naruto! Ontop of that his body was giving up on him. His only weakness was everyones weakness which is itachi

He probably knows every Kinjutsu out there, you can bet your ass that he has tons of jutsus to overcome pretty much anything that could be thrown at him.

And I honestly can't imagine anyone beeing able to kill him. Beat him? Yeah, but kill? No.

Non of you in this thread has come up with any hard hitting facts. Why does Oro get away on hype alone. Oro hasn't shown anything powerful besides the ability to survive. Hiruzen called him a genius at war but as far as ninjutsu wise he's not that impressive.

P.S. Tobirama is hyped as the best suiton user but more than 80% of NB will say Kisame. So why does Oro get to use hype.

I don't think Kakashi has surpassed Oro but I do believe he can beat him with kamui



he has some parts of his consciousness in Anko and Kabuto but he's not inside them, majority of his parts was sealed in Itachi's gourd that's why he had to retrieve his chakra from Kabuto the moment he was revived, if he could over took anko or kabuto's body he would have done it immediately and he didn't wait for so long..

He's waiting for someone to revive him, he just never expected Sasuke to be the on to revive him, but he is indeed waiting to be revived, if he could get out on his own, he should have been out long before even though he had a change of heart, he wants to witness Sasuke's wind right? so why didn't he get himself out to help or watch over Sasuke??? only a part of his consciousness was inside anko, he needed some cells from Kabuto to have a physical body, ever heard of mitosis???

No, the second person to learn Edo Tensei was Uchiha Madara. Kabuto also mastered Edo Tenesi to a level higher than Orochimaru.

Juubi Jins, Hashirama, Naruto, Sasuke, Nagato and for now DSM Kabuto and rest top 10 anihilates Orochimaru in battle.

however I believe after new feats DSM Oro will surprass Kabuto and will be below to equal to Nagato at #6th place in top 10 without ET

Orochimaru with ET is #4th place after Juubi jins and Kabuto with ET for now at least .

he's got good deffensive skills such as Rashomon and triple rashomon
but I don't think it can protect a whole village,
he's hard to kill... that's all but he can be sealed,

I don't think OROCHIMARU gets the respect his due he really hasn't won a real fight but he as never been defeated in the sense of no return. plus Oro is more of a professor/scientist than a fighting ninja. Everybody in this manga has a once lost something or their life and if you take away the Uchiha's who else has cool jutsu like him

It's unknown how strong he really is.

We haven't been able to see him go all out like the other Sanin have. Every time he's in a fight he's either sick, doesn't have his arms or both. In the Hiruzen fight he let the Edo's do most of the work and he was very cocky and arrogant and this lead to his defeat, that and power scaling.

He's obviously Kage Level though.

... and that was before the Zetsu body boost and him getting his arms back. Who knows what Forbidden Jutsu he has,,,

and once he's sealed??? can you still say he's above kage level???
if it wasn't for Sasuke, he would still be trapped inside Itachi's sealing sword.

He was never sealed in totsuka.. cause if he was he would still be.. that snake that escaped and later either died or escaped amaterasu was him..
If his soul was sealed his cursed seals would've been duds.

Now all that aside, let's look at his CURRENT power. Now he has his soul arms back and a fresh body. He is not fighting with a percentage of his power as he was in all the past fights. He's got Wood Release, the ability to suck chakra from others, and transform into them. With the Senju DNA his chakra reserves have greatly amplified which means that he can now use Sage Mode.

This guy is stronger than a kage now for sure except Hashirama. Definitely top ten due to a combination of power and intellect.

I think we can agree that Oro is stronger than Kakashi without E.T. and considering Kakashi is High Anbu/ low Kage level one could safely assume that Oro is around Mid Kage level for sure.
